How to maintain cashmere?
When cashmere is properly cleaned, it regains its luster and softness in no time. To do this, use a basin filled with cold/warm water with a few drops of soap. Immerse your scarf and rub gently then rinse until you get clear water. It is not necessary to supplement with fabric softener, cashmere does not need it to stay soft. Wring out by placing the wet fabric in a dry cloth and let air dry. Finally, avoid ironing with an iron that is too hot. You can also do a cold machine wash, but it is still best to wash cashmere by hand or in the dry cleaners.
