1) Send us your return or, failing that, a written request for refund by e-mail within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that no return sent after this period and not having been the subject of a written request within this period, will give rise to a refund.

2) Return the item(s) to the address below, in a sealed or registered envelope, quoting your order number:

Please provide a bank statement for the refund.

AccessModa reserves the right to refuse refund for any item received in the following cases:

- If the item has been worn.

- If the item is damaged due to mishandling or improper packaging.

- Impossibility of identifying the applicant due to the absence of any document (order number, delivery note, etc.).
